The teaser of Anushka Shetty and R Madhavan starrer Nishabdham has been released. Anushka Shetty who is essaying the role of mute artist Sakshi has given decent performance. The teaser of Nishabdham indicates that upcoming thriller drama revolves around a couple who faces unfortunate troubles when they go on a vacation. The horror thriller elements in the teaser hint at a leisurely vacation ending with a mysterious murder

The teaser of Nishabdham starts with a couple going on vacation and soon it turns into a nightmare for them. The teaser also shows flashes of a young girl, though her identity is never disclosed. Anushka Shetty is playing the role of a deaf woman and Madhavan is seen as her lover. Michael Madsen of Kill Bill and Reservoir Dogs’ fame is playing the role of a police officer, who is seen finding the culprit behind the murder investigation. Anjali, Avasarala Srinivas, Subbaraju, and Shalini Pandey are the supporting artists.

Cinematography by Shaneil Deo is fantastic which gives a Hollywood feel and Gopi Sundar’s spooky background music is highlighted. Nishabdham is produced by People Media Factory in association with Kona Film Corporation.

Anushka Shetty and R Madhavan starrer Nishabdham is a multi-lingual film, which will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, and English. The entire movie Nishabdham was shot in the US.

Nishabdham has the music by Gopi Sunder. Shaneil Deo is the cinematographer and Prawin Pudi is the editor of this film. Neeraja Kona is the costume designer.

After almost a decade, Madhavan and Anushka Shetty are coming together in a film. The last time they collaborated for Rendu, in 2006, which was Anushka’s Tamil debut. It was helmed by Sundar C.

Anushka Shetty was last seen playing a cameo in Chiranjeevi’s recent historical drama, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, directed by Surender Reddy, produced by Ram Charan, where she essayed the role of Queen of Jhansi- Rani Lakshmibai.
