When the coronavirus pandemic put the whole world on hold and shoots across film industries were halted, the young actor Nithiin and National award winning actress Keerthy Suresh starrer Rang De was one of the movies that was mid shoot and had to stall further work. Nithiin film Rang De was officially launched in the month of October last year with a formal pooja ceremony. Now according to the latest buzz in the film industry, Nithiin and Keerthy Suresh starrer Rang De is inspired from Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor starrer Hindi film ‘Jab we met’.
Venky Atluri who is popular for making ‘Tholi Prema’ and ‘Mr. Manju’ is helming Rang De. The cinematographer of the film, P.C Sreeram revealed on twitter that the shoot of Rang De is going to recommence in August.
Meanwhile Nithiin was last seen in Bheeshma last year and will soon also feature in the Telugu remake of Andhadhun. He is also the part of upcoming much hyped movie Power Peta, which is a fictional political thriller, directed by Krishna Chaitanya. National award winning Mahanati fame Keerthy Suresh too has her hands full projects like Miss India, Good Luck Sakhi and more in shoot or lined up for release.
