Maestro is an upcoming action thriller drama in which the young actor Nithiin, Nabha Natesh and Tamannah Bhatia are playing the lead roles. It is a remake of Hindi film Andhadhun and is heading for a direct digital release on the OTT platform, Disney+ Hotstar. Earlier it was supposed to hit the theaters on 11th June but the makers postponed its release due to the second wave of the Coronavirus and the lockdown.
Now according to the latest report, its digital premier date has been locked. Apparently, Disney + Hotstar and the makers of Maestro have locked 15th August as the release date. An official announcement regarding the release date will be made soon.
The makers have recently released the first single which received positive response from the music lovers. The film makers are trying to rake in some buzz for the film ahead of the release and have also included a promotional song in the film. The promotional song that features Nithiin and Tamannah Bhatia will be released very soon. The sources say that the makers have spent Rs 50 Lakh on this song alone.
Maestro is all about the story of a blind pianist, who unintentionally gets embroiled in the murder of a actor.
