Gamanam is an upcoming Telugu film which is being directed by Sujana Rao and produced by cinematographer Jnana Sekhar VS. Gauthamiputra Satakarni fame Shriya Saran is playing the main female lead.
Recently on the occasion of her birthday, the makers unveiled the first look poster of her, that grabbed several eyeballs. Today morning the makers of Gamanam took to Twitter to unveil the first look poster of Nithya Menen who is making a special appearance in the film. Nithya Menen is playing a singer named Shailaputri Devi.
Gamanam also features Shiva Kandukuri and Priyanka Jawalkar in important roles. The music Maestro Ilayaraja is composing the music. Gnana Shekar V.S. is cracking the camera, and apart from this he is also producing the movie in association with Ramesh Karutoori and Venki Pushadapu.
In Telugu Film Industry, Nithya Menen was last seen in Nandamuri Balakrishna starrer NTR Kathanayakudu. Currently she is busy in her ongoing projects- Psycho and Kolaambi, which are in different production stages. Shriya Saran is playing a mute artist in Gamanam. Meanwhile, Shriya is currently waiting for the release of her Tamil film, Naragasooran. She will also be seen playing a cameo in SS Rajamouli’ directorial venture RRR, which is all set to release in 2021.
