Successors of Nizam has filed a petition in Telangana High Court towards the ErraManzil demolition decision of the government. Now it is a total of seven petitions filed in the court. Nizam heirs claim that there was no reimbursement settled to them on this.
Nizam heirs say that Erramanzil palace is situated on 17 acres and the heirs have the right on 12 acres and the case on to this is in the pending state since ages. Petitioners want to know why CM KCR wants to demolish the historical heritage, which can even serve a landmark for coming generations too.
