Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy‘ decision of not inducting YSRCP firebrand MLA R K Roja has taken everyone in the state by surprise. Roja didn’t get a place in YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’ Ministers cabinet. Everyone thought that she will get a prominent position in YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’ cabinet. YSRCP MLA Roja reacted on this issue. On Friday, film actress turned politician interacted with media at Jagan’ residence at Tadepalli, she said, “The people of Andhra Pradesh realized their mistake of voting the Telugu Desam Party to power in 2014, and gave a landslide victory to the YSRCP in the recent elections.” She added, “ The party president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy knows everything about everyone in the party and he will decide what to do on the cabinet.
All political pandits, including YSRCP leaders, expected that Roja, the two-time MLA from Nagiri constituency, would find place in YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s Cabinet. The some ardent followers of the firebrand woman MLA predicted that she would be given Home Ministry.
Interestingly, while speaking to media at the legislature party meeting, Roja, expressed the confidence that she would be given ministerial berth certainly.
Jagan Mohan Reddy has taken four Reddy caste MLAs into his Cabinet and did not wish to induct one more Reddy caste MLA.
