Recently there was a strong buzz in the film industry that Amala Paul has been roped in to play one of the leads in Nandamuri Balakrishna starrer upcoming action entertainer #BB3 with director Boyapati Srinu, who is popular for delivering mass masala movies. It was also heard that Boyapati Srinu narrated her the script over a call and she was impressed with it. But now according to the latest update, Amala Paul is not the part of Balakrishna starrer.
The sources say that Boyapati Srinu has shortlisted two newcomers for the female lead. One of them will be finalized to shake a leg with Balakrishna in this film. The sources also confirmed that Boyapati is giving a chance to newcomer to play the female lead in Balakrishna’ #BB3.
#BB3 which is touted to be an action entertainer, went on floors in the first week of March in Hyderabad. However, the shoot came to a halt in a week due to the coronavirus outbreak. Balakrishna is playing dual roles in Boyapati Srinu’ directorial venture.
The makers are planning to start the shoot from the month of October. The name of female lead will be announced when the shoot of #BB3 resumes.
The two- Boyapati and Balakrishna had earlier teamed up for two blockbuster films – Simha and Legend.
