Anushka Shetty and Madhavan are coming together with an upcoming thriller drama Nishabdham, which has direct OTT releases on Amazon Prime on 2nd October on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanthi. The team of Nishabdham is busy in the promotional activities. Apart from Anushka Shetty and Madhavan the film also has Anjali of Arjun Reddy fame in the crucial role. The sources say that Anjali is the backbone of Nishabdham. Shalini’ character and twist in her role in Nishabdham is going to be a turning point. That is the main reason, she was seen in few shots in the trailer of the film.
Nishabdham also has Anjali, Srinivas Avasarala and Michael Madsen in the crucial roles and it was shot simultaneously in Telugu, Tamil and English, and later it was dubbed into Hindi and Malayalam, was originally conceptualised as a silent movie.
Nishabdham, directed by Hemant Madhukar, bankrolled by Kona Venkat and TG Vishwaprasad, jointly, set in the USA follows the case of a missing woman, and has Anushka Shetty as a mute artist and Tamil actor Madhavan as musician.
Recently during the media interaction, the director Hemant revealed that the makers are planning to release the English version in the US in the month of January 2021.
