When we talk about the most happening star in Tollywood of the present generation, it’s hard not to think of Arjun Reddy and Geetha Govindam fame Vijay Deverakonda. The actor made it big on-screen without a film background and is continuing to charm movie lovers across the country.
Currently he is working for an upcoming sport based drama Liger which is progressing at the brisk pace in the US under the direction of Puri Jagnnadh. The upcoming film marks the actor’s debut in Bollywood and he is sharing the screen space with Ananya Panday. Now according to the latest report, the makers of Vijay Deverakonda are planning to release the movie Liger on 1st April and in this manner, Liger will compete with Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu starrer Sarkaru Vaari Paata which is also arriving at the theaters on the same day.

According to Vijay Deverakonda, Liger is one of his most challenging films. During an interview he had said, “ It has been an intense workout schedule, and my body is no more like it used to be; it is now the body of a fighter. I have been dedicated to this film for about two years. I decided that I wanted India to see the best version of this story possible.”
