NTR: Kathanayakudu‘, the first part of NTR biopic, which created lot of buzz in the film industry before the release, is giving shock to everyone now as the collection rate of the movie is below par. ‘NTR: Kathanayakudu‘ was arrived on the theaters on 9th January and received positive response by the movie lovers and critics on its opening day but the the collection of Nandamuri Balakrishna and Vidya Balan starrer is not up to the mark. Krish’s directorial venture raked in mere Rs 10.50 Cr shares from both Telugu States Andhra Pradesh and Telangana in its 5 days which is too low for a Balakrishna movie. The few audiences are also criticizing Krish who tried to hide may truths and facts about Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao (NTR). Few people are also giving suggestion to Krish that ‘NTR: Kathanayakudu’ should start from Nimmakuru episode as well where NTR sold milk before getting the job.
Finally Krish has reacted and assured that the audiences will get to watch NTR selling milk in Nimmakuru. Recently during the media interaction, Krish said, “NTR will be seen selling milk in Nimmakuru in Mahanayakudu. Not only this the viewers will also watch NTR playing the role of lead in Viswanatha Satyanarayana’s drama during college days which won him the fame as Meesala Nagamma”.
When Krish was asked about the collections report of ‘NTR: Kathanayakudu’, the National award winning director did not make any comment. This time Krish is confident that NTR Mahanayakudu will be a successful box office venture.
