It is known that Stylish Star Allu Arjun and Kannada lady Rashmika Mandanna starrer Pushpa will be released in two parts. Now according to the latest report, Allu Arjun’ pan-India film Pushpa, which is being helmed by Sukumar of Rangasthalam fame has sealed Christmas release. The first part has been titled Pushpa: The Rise, and it will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi.
Production house Mythri Movie Makers made an official announcement regarding the release date by sharing a new poster on Twitter and said, “This Christmas will be Iconic. Icon Staar Allu Arjun Pushpa The rise Part – 01 will thrill you in cinemas this December.”
Sukumar directorial venture will compete with Aamir Khan, Kareen Kapoor and Naga Chaitanya starrer Laal Singh Chaddha at the box office this Christmas on north belt. Earlier, Allu Arjun starrer was scheduled to release on 13th August. But due to the delay in the shoot, the makers have now decided to release the movie on the occasion of Christmas.
Dhanunjay, Rao Ramesh and Ajay Ghosh are playing the supporting role whereas Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil is playing the villain in Allu Arjun starrer. The movie stars Allu Arjun as Pushpa Raj, who is a smuggler of red sandalwood.
