SS Rajamouli’ directorial venture has created history even before it’s release. The period drama, which has Young Tiger Jr NTR, Mega Power Star Ram Charan, Alia Bhatt, Olivia Morris, Shriya Saran with Ajay Devgn in a pivotal role has set new records with a pre-release business. RRR has been making headlines with its unbelievable pre-release business and digital cum satellite rights deal.
In RRR, which is being bankrolled by DVV Danayya, Ram Charan is playing Alluri Sitarama Raju, whereas Jr NTR as Komaram Bheem. Recently the producers of RRR have closed the digital and satellite rights for a whopping Rs 325 cr . Now comes this official update which confirms that Pen Studios has announced the official digital and Satellite partners for Rajamouli’ magnum opus RRR and this film is considered as biggest post theatrical release deal for Indian movie ever.!
Zee5 platform will stream Jr NTR and Ram Charan starrer RRR in all the south Indian languages whereas Netflix holds the Hindi language streaming rights. Netflix will also Stream RRR in English, Portuguese, Korean, Turkish and Spanish languages.
Coming to the satellite streaming, Zee Cinemas will stream for Hindi, Star Tamil, Star Kannada, Star MAA for Telugu, and Asianet Malayalam for the respective languages.
