The final schedule of Varun Tej’s upcoming film Ghani was started on 10th July in Hyderabad. Directed by Kiran Korrapati, Ghani is a boxing movie with Varun Tej playing the role of a boxer. Today the makers of Ghani made the official announcement regarding its release date by releasing a new poster. Now it has been officially confirmed that Varun Tej starrer Ghani will be released on the occasion of this Diwali.
Back in the month of April, the makers of Ghani announced that the shooting has been halted due to the second wave of the coronavirus pandemic. After almost two months, the makers had resumed the film’s shoot after the lockdown restrictions were eased in the country and now Ghani is on the verge of completion.
Ghani is a sport based drama, which is being produced by Allu Bobby and Siddu Mudda. Apart from Varun Tej, the movie also has Saiee Manjrekar, Upendra, Suniel Shetty, Jagapathi Babu, Naveen Chandra and Nadhiya in important roles. Thaman is the music composer, George C Williams is the cinematographer and Marthand K Venkatesh is the editor of the film.
Apart from Ghani, Varun Tej will be seen playing the lead role in comedy caper F3, a sequel to F2: Fun and Frustration.
