Adipurush, the big budget Pan India film starring Young Rebel star Prabhas is one of the most anticipated Indian films of 2022. It is directed by Om Raut, who directed Ajay Devgn and Saif Ali Khan starring Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior the biggest Indian box office hit of 2020 with $50 million. Prabhas starrer which has Kriti Sanon as the leading lady is slated for grand release on January 12, 2023.

Adipurush is Om Raut’s take on Indian mythological epic Ramayanawhich has been adapted for film and tv numerous times in India, including a series which ran for several years on state broadcaster Doordarshan.
The film also has Saif Ali Khan and Sunny Singh in the important roles, which is produced by T-Series and Retrophiles Pvt. Ltd. Sachet-Parampara scored music for the film. The high-on VFX movie will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada and English.
