Salaar- the action drama is Prashanth Neel’ one of the most ambitious project to date, which has Young Rebel star Prabhas in the lead role. We have already reported that Prithviraj Sukumaran will be part of Salaar and now according to the latest report, Sriya Reddy of Pogaru fame has also been roped in Prashanth Neel’ magnum opus to play a key role. Prithviraj Sukumaran will play a high-voltage role in the upcoming actioner.
Yesterday on the occasion of India’s 75th Independence Day, the makers of Salaar released a new poster that features Prabhas in a grunge look with both his hands occupied by a pair of swords as he looks down. The color scheme and contrast ratio of the poster is reminiscent of that of Prashanth Neel’ previous offering KGF. The makers also confirmed that Salaar will hit the theaters on 28th September 2023.
Shruti Haasan is playing the female lead and the beautiful actress Sriya Reddy will be seen in a crucial role in Prabhas starrer Salaar which also has Jagapathi Babu, Easwari Rao and others. The movie is being produced by Vijay Kiragandur of Hombale Films. It is mounted at a reported budget of more than Rs 400 cr.
