Paagal Collections: Vishwak Sen and Nivetha Pethuraj starrer Paagal was released yesterday on 14th August. It was a much awaited movie of Tollywood, which received the mixed talk from the movie lovers and the critics on its release day. Talking about the collections, Paagal has minted between Rs 2-3 crore on its opening day with its theatrical run in both Telugu states- Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. With no big releases in Tollywood this week, the fans of Vishwak Sen are hoping that the movie will do decent collections at the box office.
The traders are saying that most theaters registered housefull collections and many people could not get tickets for the morning shows.
Announced on 19th March, 2020, the film’s release was postponed multiple times owing to the Coronavirus pandemic and the subsequent lockdown. Paagal is helmed by Naresh Kuppili and is produced by Bekkam Venugopal under the banner Lucky Media whereas the romantic and action drama is presented by Dil Raju. Radhan is the music composer, S Manikandan handles the cinematography and Garry BH is the editor of the film.
The young actor Vishwak Sen was last seen in the mystery thriller HIT: The First Case which was helmed by Sailesh Kolanu.
