As soon as Pakistan decided to suspend bilateral relations with the neighboring country India, the former has received slams from India. India called Pakistan’s short-sighted move on taking a step to suspend the bilateral relations with it. Former Minister of External Affairs Salman Khurshid described the move as “short-sighted” and further added saying that it is Pakistan which will suffer the losses but not India. But, if they have really wanted to take it as a symbolic decision it’s up to them.
Not only the Ex-minister of external affairs but, several other people have reacted to the Pak’s step. Punjab CM Amarinder Singh said, “Pakistan’s cancellation of bilateral trade could adversely affect the proposed construction of the Kartarpur corridor on the backburner.”
Punjab CM further added and expressed his views on Pak as that Jammu and Kashmir is an internal matter of India which has the country’s right to take any decision on it with regard to the region and Islamabad shouldn’t have used it as an excuse to deteriorate the relations with India.
BJP National General Secretary Ram Madhav also said. “The Indian Parliament had taken a decision about Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir and that’s an internal matter,”.
