Pantham Collections: Pantham starring Gopichand and Mehreen Kaur Pirzada, was released yesterday on 5th July 2018, in a very grand manner. On its opening day, Pantham received mixed response by the movie lovers and critics. According to the traders report, Pantham has earned Rs 2.78 Cr shares at the box office of both Telugu States- Andhra Pradesh and Telangana on its opening day.

Pantham with tagline For a Cause is directed by K. Chakravarthy and produced by K. K. Radhamohan under the banner of Sri Sathya Sai Arts whereas the music is scored by Gopi Sundar. Apart from the lead pair, the film has other stars like Sampath Raj, Jaya Prakash Reddy, Vennela Kishore, Shiyaji Shinde, Pavithra Lokesh, Srinivas Reddy, Ajay and Mukesh Sushi in supporting roles.
Gopichand’s previous offering Oxygen was bombed at the box office and he pinned lot of hopes on Pantham. Finally the movie has turned out second highest opening for the actor after Goutham Nanda. Before the release of his 25th Film Pantham, Gopichand said, “Nobody can tell me that I have done bad movies. I know how good they were when scripts were narrated to me. It could be execution, promotion and low box office collections that made it tank at the box office. Like a student, I give my examination and wait for the result. That’s all I do.”
Gopichand added, “The movie Pantham carries a social message and we have focused on one particular problem and have also showed a solution for it.”
On the otherside, Mehreen Kaur Pirzada will be next seen in NOTA and F2 (Fun and Frustration).
