AP ministers and other leaders of ruling YSR Congress Party hit back at actor and Jana Sena Party leader Power Star Pawan Kalyan for the “vitriolic” attack on Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. YSRCP Leaders condemned the remarks made by Pawan Kalyan at a public meeting in Vizianagaram district and reiterated the allegation that he is working for TDP under a package.
Taking exception to the remarks of Pawan Kalyan, Revenue Minister Dharmana Prasada Rao said the Jana Sena chief was never a serious politician. Pawan Kalyan is imprudently quoting revolutionary poets like Sri Sri and balladeers like Vangapandu in his public meetings. But he is criticizing a leader like YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, who has been following their ideals and also implementing various welfare schemes for the economic uplift of weaker sections.
The Minister for Fisheries and Animal Husbandry Seediri Appalaraju termed Pawan Kalyan as a sold-out politician who has no morals.
Revenue Minister Dharmana Prasada Rao, exposed the political hypocrisy of Pawan Kalyan by saying that he was behaving like a seasonal politician and not as a seasoned politician.
YSRCP leaders, speaking from the multiple locations and platforms, said the Jana Sena leader had made it clear that he would be on TDP’s side as he cannot himself take on the might of AP CM Jagan Mohan or match his panache.
