The film Akkada Ammayi Ikkada Abbayi was the remake of Mr Perfectionist aka Aamir Khan starrer Oru Kaidhiyin Diary, which was directed by Mansoor Khan. The Telugu movie of Pawan Kalyan starrer was directed by EVV Satyanarayana and was bankrolled by Mega producer Allu Aravind under his home banner Geetha Arts. The film also had Nassar, Chandra Mohan, Sarath Babu, Ahuti Prasad, Yarlagadda Supriya, Kota Srinivasa Rao and others in the star cast.
