Power Star Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati are working together for an upcoming Telugu film which is remake of hit Malayalam drama ‘Ayyappanum Koshiyum’. The duo will reprise roles played by Biju Menon and Prithviraj Sukumaran in the original. Pawan Kalyan is essaying the role of Biju Menon whereas Rana Daggubati is playing Prithviraj Sukumaran’s character. Pawan Kalyan is charging a bomb for the film that he is taking a whopping Rs 50 Cr as remuneration. On the other hand, Rana Daggubati is getting Rs 5 Cr. As Telangana has lifted the lockdown. A lot of films have restarted already, now the makers of Ayyappanum Koshiyum remake have also decided to resume the shoot from 12th July.
The sources close to the makers revealed that the directior Saagar K Chandra is going to shoot a fight scene first. This is going to be Pawan Kalyan’s introduction fight. The makers have planned the fight scene in a grand way that elevates the heroism of Gabbar Singh star.
South diva Nithya Menen is on the board and she will be seen in the role of Pawan Kalyan’ wife whereas Aishwarya Rajesh will essay the role of Rana Daggubati’ love interest.
‘Ayyappanum Koshiyum’ remake is bankrolled by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi under Sitara Entertainments whereas it has the music by Thaman.
