Pawan Kalyan to appear before Hyderabad Court

Pawan Kalyan to appear before Hyderabad Court Pawan Kalyan will appear before Hyderabad Court on 24th June 2018 in connection with ABN defamation case.

The Third Additional Chief Judge of the City Civil Courts in Hyderabad directed Jana Sena President and actor Power Star Pawan Kalyan to appear personally before the court on 24th July 2018. ABN MD Vemuri Radhakrishna had filed Rs 10 Cr defamation suit on Pawan Kalyan for making adverse tweets against him and ABN Andhra Jyothi over actress Telugu actress Sri Reddy row.

Earlier, ABN MD Vemuri Radhakrishna asked Jana Sena Chief Pawan Kalyan to withdraw his tweet statements as they are damaging the reputation of his organisation but Pawan Kalyan did not respond to his request so  Radhakrishna filed the defamation case on Pawan Kalyan.

Vemuri Radhakrishna said in its complaint that Pawan Kalyan had allegedly shared a morphed video on social media that showed Telugu actress Sri Reddy abusing his mother. Pawan Kalyan intentionally targeted the media outlet with ‘forged’ evidence.

The court asked Jana Sena President Pawan Kalyan to either appear alone or with his lawyer on 24th June 2018.  On the otherside, currently Pawan Kalyan, is doing Praja Porata  Yatra in Vishakapatnam district.

In his tweet Pawan Kalyan also asked people to boycott the channels- TV9, TV5, ABN and Mahaa TV  for insulting his mother. He tweeted, “Boycott TV9, TV5, ABN Andhra Jyothi for abusing our mothers, daughters and sisters. And also we have to boycott them for making business out of nudity and profanity.”

 On the otherside, Pawan Kalyan’s Jana Sena Party is struggling owing to lack of experienced hands to lead the party activities During Pawan Kalyan ’s latest visit to Visakhapatnam, Congress leaders Guntur Narasimha Rao, Bolisetty Satya, former cricket Venugopala Rao, G. Bharati, former MLA Ch Venkatramaiah, and Telugu Desam Party leader Kona Tata Rao joined Jana Sena Party.
