Today, the Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Hyderabad to attend for Ramanujacharya Sahasrabdi Samaroham which is going to be held at Chinna Jeeyar Swamy Aashram in Muchintal on the city suburbs. He will visit the International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (Icrisat) campus in Patancheru to launch its 50th anniversary celebrations.

After that, he will inaugurate the ‘Statue of Equality’ at the ceremony which will be taking place at Chinna Jeeyar Swamy Aashram. The statue is 216-foot tall and it solemnizes the saint Sri Ramanujacharya who belonged to 11th century. Modi will be received by the Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao at Shamshabad international airport. Modi is excpected to arrive at the airport by 2.10 pm.

Modi along with KCR will take part in the golden jubilee celebrations from 2.45 pm to 4.15 pm. After that, they will reach the Chinna Jeeyar Swamy Aashram at 5 pm to take part in the Ramanuja Sahasrabdi Samaroham for the time period of three hours, starting from 5 pm. At the beginning of the ceremony, the Prime Minister will unveil the statue.

Later, Modi will reach Delhi by 8.40 pm. At the airport, Modi will be received by the minister-in-waiting Talasani Srinivas Yadav. The state government had allotted a huge security over eight thousand police personnel for the Prime Minister’s visit.
