Recently it was heard that the actress charged a bomb to play the female lead in Valmiki, but the director Harish Shankar has refuted the rumor. As the movie is gearing up for grand release on this Friday, the entire team is busy in the promotional activities. Recently during the promotional activities of Valmiki, Harish Shankar talked about the movie and Pooja Hegde’ role.
Harish Shankar said, “Pooja Hegde is one of the most important characters in the second half of the story of Valmiki, which is why I don’t want to reveal much about her role. Pooja Hegde is going to surprise everyone with her role and performance.”
Earlier both Harish Shankar and Pooja Hegde have worked together for DJ aka Duvvada Jagannadham in which Stylish Star Allu Arjun played the lead role. And Pooja Hegde has made her Telugu debut with Mega Prince Varun Tej starrer Mukunda.
Valmiki is produced by Ram Achanta, Gopi Achanta under the banner 14 reels Entertainments whereas it has the music by Mickey J Meyer. Atharva Murali is playing an important role in Valmiki, which is arriving at the theaters on 20th September.
