After delivering successful movie Baahubali, Young Rebel star Prabhas joined the sets of his upcoming movie, the action entertainer Saaho, which is on the verge of completion. Apart from Saaho, Prabhas is also working with Radha Krishna’ upcoming directorial venture which is tentatively titled as Jaan. The team has already shot some crucial scenes in Italy in its first schedule. Now, the shooting will take place in Hyderabad. According to the latest update, 20 lavish sets are being erected under the supervision of Ravinder Reddy, in Annapurna Studios. The sources close to the film unit reveal that these sets have been designed to recreate the ambience of historical city Rome and the makers are spending Rs 60 Cr for the sets. The artwork is said to be one of the major highlight of Prabhas starrer Jaan. The movie would mark Prabhas’ 20th film in Tollywood.
#Prabhas20 has Pooja Hegde as female lead and it is being bankrolled by Gopi Krishna movies in association with UV creations. Due to Prabhas’ pan Indian appeal, the film will be made in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi, we hear.
Amit Trivedi is on the board to compose the tunes for this flick, with Manoj Pramahamsa handling the cinematography.
Meanwhile, Prabhas has the magnum opus Saaho in his kitty. The shooting of the film is reportedly in the final stages. Saaho, directed by Sujeeth, is bankrolled by V. Vamshi Krishna Reddy and Pramod Uppalapati under the banner of UV Creations on a budget of Rs 300 Cr. Sharddha Kapoor is playing the female lead and apart from the lead pair, the film has other stares like Neil Nitin Mukesh, Lal, Jackie Shroff, Arun Vijay, Mandira Bedi, Vennela Kishore, Mahesh Manjrekar and Chunkey Pandey in supporting roles.
Prabhas starrer Saaho is slated for release on the Independence Day, 15th August 2019.
