If ongoing buzz in media and film industry is to be believed, Prabhas and the team of Saaho have trimmed 18 minutes of the final version and now the final run time of this action entertainer is 2 hours 30 minutes.
SS Rajamouli watched the final cut of Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor starrer and as he was not happy with few scenes and lengthy run time, he suggested Prabhas and the team of Saaho edit few scenes. The sources revealed that the original run time of the film was close to three hours but as Baahubali filmmakers and best friend of Prabhas, suggested the changes, the makers of Saaho edited few parts.
Saaho is an action-based film in which Prabhas will be seen sharing the screen space with Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor. Nowadays the run time of the film plays very important roles. It is known the news that Stylish Star Allu Arjun and Anu Emmanuel starrer Naa Peru Surya, which had 168 minutes and NTR Kathanayakudu (170 minutes long run time), were bombed at the box office. Recently released Dear Comrade starring Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna which also had the run time of 170 minutes, was also a disaster at the box office.
Its seems Prabhas felt insecure and as SS Rajamouli suggested him to trim few scenes from Saaho, the makers edited few parts. Helmed by Sujeeth, Saaho is gearing up for grand release on 30th August 2019.
