According to the latest update, Young Rebel Star Prabhas has got a huge relief from the High court. It is known news that Prabhas‘ guest house located in Rayadurgam area of Hyderabad was seized by revenue authorities, as part of the government drive to reclaim Paigah lands in that area. According to revenue authorities, under Survey No 46 in Rayadurgam, Serlingampally, Hyderabad, 84.30 acres were designated as Paigah lands which has been under litigation in High Court with the government and the Paigah heirs since 1954.
Prabhas approached the High Court and demanded regularization of the land. During that time, Telangana government said to Prabhas that he was not under the Below Poverty Line to regularize the land. Now according to the latest update, Prabhas got a huge relief from the High Court as the court directed the officials not to demolish the actor’ farmhouse. The bench comprising of Chief Justice Raghavendra Singh Chauhan and Justice P Naveen issued the orders and asked the government to retain possession of the land.
Now everyone is eager to know what will be Prabhas’ next step as the High Court did not hand over his farmhouse.
