It is known news that Prabhas’ new film with KGF fame director Prashanth Neel titled Salaar was launched in the month of January and currently the shoot is going on at the brick pace. Krack and Gabbar Singh fame Shruti Haasan is on the board to play the love interest of Prabhas in this big budget gangster drama Salaar. The shoot of the film Salaar was started last weakened in Godavarikhani opencast coal mines.
The makers chose opencast mines to shoot fighting and other scenes. Initially the makers wanted to shoot the movie in Kolar Gold Fields but later they decided to shoot the crucial scenes in Godavarikhani coal mines and its surroundings. But this area is infamous for the Naxals and notorious anti-social elements. The Criminal gangs are active in these parts to extract coal illegally.
The sources say that Baahubali fame Prabhas had met with Ramagundam Commissioner of Police V Satyanarayana before starting the shoot in the area of Godavarikhani coal mines . The Commissioner had assured the team of Salaar’ safety. Currently the team is shooting under the strict vigil of 40 police personnel for Prabhas and Shruti Haasan starrer.
Few days ago, a pic of Prabhas from the sets of Salaar got leaked online and it triggered mixed reaction from ‘Rebel Star’ fans.
