Telugu film industry has number of talented and versatile stars. Recently in an interview, Prabhas revealed that he is ready to act in devotional movie. Prabhas who has acted in different genre of the movies, has expressed his desire to act in a devotional movie.
Prabhas’ previous offerings- Darling was romantic comedy, Chatrapathi was a gangster action , Mirchi was a commercial entertainer , Mr. Perfect was a Family entertainment, whereas previous offering Baahubali series was Folklore. Now he is waiting for a devotional movie script.
It is known that Krishnam Raju is planning to direct a movie for Prabhas. Now we have to wait and see whether the actor’ upcoming film with his uncle will be devotional or not.
Currently Prabhas is busy in the promotional activities of Saaho which is an action entertainer which has Shraddha Kapoor in the female lead. Helmed by Sujeeth of Run Raja Run Fame and bankrolled by UV Creations. The actor wants to continue doing different genre films. His next is Fantasy Romance entertainer with Radha Krishna Kumar in which Pooja Hegde is playing the female lead. Prabhas wants to do a devotional film like Bhakta Kanappa, it seems.
Chiranjeevi, Akkineni Nagarjuna and Nandamuri Balakrishna have already acted in devotional movies. Now it is the turn of Prabhas.
