It is known that Young Rebel star Prabhas and Shruti Haasan will be seen sharing the screen space in an upcoming action drama Salaar. It is a big budget drama helmed by Prashanth Neel of KGF fame. The PR team of Prabhas recently issued a statement that Baahubali star will resume the shooting of upcoming most awaited drama Salaar in the first week of May. We have already reported that recently he underwent knee surgery in Spain and returned to Hyderabad. Now the reports are coming that he is yet not ready to join Shruti Haasan on the sets. The latest buzz is that the actor will avoid the summer season and resume the shootings in the month of June.
The makers have already released the first look poster of Shruti Haasan from Salaar. In the poster, it was revealed that Shruti Haasan’ character is called Aadya. She looked lost in her thoughts and her face had a certain calmness.
Bankrolled by Vijay Kiragandur of Hombale Films, Prasantha Neel’ magnum opus Salaar is set for a worldwide release on 14th April 2022.
Prabhas was last seen playing the lead role in a romantic saga where he romanced Pooja Hegde under the direction of Radha Krishna Kumar but unfortunately the movie was a dud at the box office.
