The title teaser of late actor Kannada star Puneeth Rajkumar‘s film Gandhada Gudi was unveiled by the makers today after the death of two months of the actor. The makers launched the teaser on the birth anniversary of the actor’s mother Parvathamma Rajkumar. His elder brother Shivarajkumar and Yash of KGF fame unveiled the teaser. Shiva Rajkumar also spoke about how special the film was for Puneeth.
Gandhada Gudi which is all about the importance of land and nature, is helmed by Amoghavarsha. It is a documentary on the wildlife of Karnataka and is slated to hit the theaters next year. The teaser features footage of Puneeth Rajkumar in the wilderness, travelling through the state’s jungles and exploring its underwater world. The visuals are pleasing and the movie is said to be very close to the heart of Puneet.
The late actor Puneeth Rajkumar had announced the project to his fans with a teaser poster on 27th October two days before he breathed his last.
Currently the movie Gandhada Gudi is in the post production stage and it is produced by Ashwini Puneeth Rajkumar, the film also features Amoghavarsha in a lead role.
Several members of the Kannada film industry, including Prashanth Neel, Karthik Gowda, actor Rakshit Shetty shared the teaser of this film on Twitter and praised the late actor Puneeth.
