Dynamic director Puri Jagannath is in utmost anticipation for the success of Liger with more confidence right now. After tasting the film’s success, he will go ahead for his another forthcoming project Jana Gana Mana, which also has the most happening actor Vijay Devarakonda as the leading light.
Over and above this, he has been in a dream of collaborating with the Bollywood star hero Salmaan Khan. He also revealed recently that he had prepared a befitting script for the actor and is waiting with thousand eyes for a chance to direct his influential actor.
Puro, in his words, said, “I have been putting efforts to make a film with Salman sir since the release of the movie Wanted, which was released in 2009. I love him and I hope I get a chance to direct him one day. I have a 10-year plan to work with several Bollywood actors. I desire to work with Ranbir Kapoor, Ranveer Singh and Varun Dhawan as well. I love all the Khans, but I want to do a film with Salman sir.”
So, it remains to be seen how far the combo will reach the audience, if Salman gives his positive nod to the legendary director. Puri Jagannath made his directorial debut in the year 2000 with the Telugu movie Badri and scored a blockbuster success. Later, he directed Pokiri in 2006 and progressed his prosperous journey in his directing career.
On the flip side, Salman Khan is busy with Hindi as well as Telugu projects. In Telugu, he is going to appear in Megastar’s Godfather movie, which is being directed by Mohan Raja. While in Hindi, he is going to be seen in Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali, Tiger 3, Inshallah and others.
