Puri Jagannath is considered as daring and dashing director in Tollywood. He knows how to present his heroes in a stylish and appealing way. His heroes has a tinge of negative shade in them. Last year the director has bounced back strongly from string of flops with the film Ismart Shankar. Now he is directing Vijay Deverakonda with the film titled Fighter. This project is a Pan Indian one which is going to get released in almost 5 languages. Shooting of Fighter was happening in Mumbai when corona virus out break has made all the shootings come to halt.
The director in this free time is utilizing to the fullest. Puri Jagannath stayed in Mumbai and is penning script for his next film. Speculations are that this next project is going to be for Nandamuri Balakrishna. The duo worked together for the film Paisa Vasool. Though that film ended up as below average grosser, both the director and hero share close relationship. Balayya fell flat with Puri’s working style and expressed his desire to work with him again.
So Puri Jagannath is penning a script keeping Balakrishna in mind. Currently Balayya is busy with Boyapati Srinu’s flick. A decision will be made only after things get back to normal.
