Pushpa Collections: Icon star Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna‘s most awaited film Pushpa: The Rise was released yesterday in theaters. This pan-India film marks the reunion of director Sukumar, Allu Arjun, and music composer Devi Sri Prasad. They have come together after more than 10 years. Pushpa: The Rise was released in multiple languages on the same day worldwide. Now according to the latest report, Sukumar’ directorial venture Pushpa earned Rs 3.1 crores net on the first day in Hindi belt, which is fantastic.
The rural drama Pushpa: The Rise is raking in solid money and has started the second day with packed occupancy.
Sukumar’ film Pushpa, which is bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers faces less competition than Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo as it is the only Telugu movie to hit the screens this week. Akhanda, which hit the screens on 2nd December, has run its course, something that works in Allu Arjun’ favor.
The word of mouth is fairly positive, which may help the film put up good numbers on its first Saturday.
Pushpa revolves around red sanders smuggling in Andhra Pradesh. Fahadh Faasil, the star of Malayalam films is playing the villain and the movie marks his debut in Tollywood. Its sequel will hit the screens next year.
