Kannada actresses Ragini Dwivedi and Sanjjanaa Galrani, who were out on bail for their alleged involvement in the drug scandal, have landed in trouble once again. Once again they are in the news headlines. Last year they made headlines for their alleged involvement in the drug scandal that was unearthed that shook the showbiz industry. The scandal rattled many, sending shockwaves throughout the country. Earlier Ragini had said that she was targeted because she was a woman. She had also said, “Not only in my case, it happens with all the women and it gets even more amplified when a woman happens to be the successful woman.” According to the latest update, Hair follicle test- FSL tests confirmed that Ragini Dwivedi and Sanjjana Galrani consumed drugs.
Sources claimed that the urine and blood samples tests were not conclusive. Hence CCB collected hair follicles from Ragini Dwivedi and Sanjjanaa Galrani and sent them to the Hair follicle test in Hyderabad in October 2020.
The officials revealed that for the first time hair follicles were used in the Sandalwood drug case as drug traces can be found in hair for up to one year.
Finally it has been confirmed that the hair samples sent of the accused in the case to the forensic laboratory for tests have come positive for drug consumption.
