SS Rajamouli’ magnum opus RRR which has Young Tiger Jr NTR and mega power star Ram Charan in the lead role, was released on 25th March and has turned out a money spinner at the box office. The big budget Pan India film has been shattering records since its release.
RRR is a fictional story based on the lives of Telugu freedom fighters, Alluri Seetharama Raju and Komaram Bheem, played by Charan and Tarak respectively. Ahmareen Anjum essayed the role of Loki, the tribal woman, whose daughter Malli was taken away by the Britishers.
During the media interaction, Ahmareen Anjum talked about her working experience and said, “Every moment was memorable but the days we shot the action scenes would be my favorite. Never in my dreams did I think I would be directed by Rajamouli sir, who is such a visionary director but more importantly such a down to be earth human being.”
Ahmareen Anjum added that RRR was her first Telugu project so she was a bit nervous but Rajamouli Sir and Rama Ma’am made her extremely comfortable before the shoot started. She concluded it by saying that she is grateful to Rajamouli sir for making her his Loki and it would be an honor to work with him and his team again in future.
