Indian archer Prathamesh Jawkar defeated world number one Mike Schloesser 149-148 to win the men’s compound individual final compound section on Saturday.
Indian teenage sensation Prathamesh Jawakar (19) won the gold medal at the World Archery Championships held in Shanghai, China. Prathamesh dropped just one point from 15 arrows en route to defeating the two time former world champion showed his incredible shooting at highest level.
In the men’s individual compound category held on Saturday, Prathamesh shocked world number one Mike Scolessor by winning gold by coming out on top. Prathamesh defeated Netherlands Archer with 149-148 in this fight that went like Nuvva Nena.
Tollywood’s top director SS Rajamouli responded to this. It is said that seeing the popularity of archery in India is increasing, it is heart-warming.
