He is one who opened the door of the International market for the regional cinema and currently Rajamouli is busy in his upcoming directorial venture RRR which has Jr NTR and Ram Charan in the lead roles. According to the latest update, SS Rajamouli is planning to export RRR to the International studios.
SS Rajamouli is planning to release the film RRR across all the major international markets where English films receive good reception. The sources say that Rajamouli is currently holding talks with some International studios for RRR to get a wide release across the international markets. Jr NTR and Ram Charan starrer RRR need to be marketed by International production houses and studios to get a proper release. The filmmaker is leaving no stone unturned for this.
RRR also has Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt. Recently the makers also roped theatre artist Olivia Morris, who will romance with Jr NTR. The film will also star Irish actors Ray Stevenson and Alison Doody who will be essaying the role of the antagonists in this film RRR, which is being made on the lavish budget of Rs 400 Cr and is being bankrolled by DVV Danayya under the banner of DVV entertainment.
RRR is a period drama that revolves around the life of legendary Komaram Bheem and Alluri Seetharama Raju. RRR will be releasing next year in 10 languages on 30th July 2020. Jr NTR is essaying the role of Komaram Bheem and Ram Charan is playing the role of Alluri Seetharama Raju in Rajamouli’ RRR. Alison Doody and Ray Stevenson are playing the role of antagonist.
