As Telangana government lifted the lockdown and restrictions, the makers of Telugu movies, restarted the shoot of their upcoming projects. It is known news that most of makers planned to resume from 1st July and director SS Rajamoulu’ ‘RRR’ was also one of them. But now according to the latest update, from today SS Rajamouli restarted the shoot of RRR in Hyderabad. Both the lead actor Young Tiger Jr NTR and Ram Charan have joined the current schedule and Alia Bhatt is expected to join the sets from July first week.
Today Mega Power Star Ram Charan took to his Instagram stories to share an update on SS Rajamouli’ magnum opus RRR. Rangasthalam star shared a picture of himself as Alluri Sitarama Raju with his hairstylist Aalim Hakim. Flaunting his signature moustache from the film, Ram Charan wrote, “RRR begins post lockdown 2.0.”
RRR, which is being bankrolled by DVV Danayya, is set against the backdrop of the pre-independence era and the much hyped movie revolves around the journey of Komaram Bheem and Alluri Sitarama Raju, portrayed by Jr NTR and Ram Charan respectively.
RRR also has Ajay Devgn and Shriya Saran in an extended cameo. RRR is set to hit the theatres on 13th October 2021.
