Recently www.tollywood.net reported that yesteryear actress Bhagyashree is making her comeback in Telugu film Industry with the Telugu remake of 2 States starring Arjun Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. Adivi Sesh is on the board to play the lead role. Rajasekhar and Jeevitha’s daughter Shivani Rajasekhar is making her acting debut with the movie, and she will play the love interest of Adivi Sesh in the direction of Venkat Reddy, a protege of VV Vinayak.
Now according to the latest update, one more Bollywood actor Raja Kapoor has been roped in this remake to play the crucial role. Rajat is well-known for his roles in movies like Dil Chahta Hai, Bheja Fry and Midnight’s Children etc.
The sources say that Rajat Kapoor is essaying Swaminathan- the father of leading lady Shivani whereas Bhagyashree plays her mother. As the makers want to give the entire cast a fresh makeover, they brought Bhagyashree and Rajat Kapoor on the board. The film will be launched on 24th March. It will be bankrolled by MLV Sathyanarayana.
