Ram Charan, who turned producer with his father Megastar Chiranjeevi’s 150th movie Khaidi No 150, is currently bankrolling his next upcoming 151st film Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, which is progressing at brisk pace in the direction of Surender Reddy of Dhruva Fame. Ram Charan, the producer of Sye Raa, has brought popular character artist Sai Chand on the board to play an important role. After a long gap of 28 years, Sai Chand made his comeback in Telugu film Industry with romantic entertainer Fidaa, directed by Sekhar Kammula, in which Sai Pallavi and Mega Prince Varun Tej played the lead role and the movie was hit at the box office. Sai Chand played the role of Sai Pallavi’s father in Fidaa and now he is going to share the screen space with Megastar Chiranjeevi in upcoming big budget multilingual periodic drama Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy.
It is known news that Chiranjeevi is playing the role of freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimhareddy in Sye Raa and recently on the occasion of Chiranjeevi’s birthday, the maker released the first look poster and teaser, which received thumbing response. Interestingly, both Chiranjeevi and Sai Chand are reuniting after 36 years since the release of their 1982 film, Manchu Pallaki. In Ram Charan’s Sye Raa, Sai Chand will be seen playing a close aid to Uyyalawada Narasimhareddy. Recently the makers shot few crucial scenes in which Sai Chand and Chiranjeevi Participated. Apart from them, Sye Raa has other stars like Lady Superstar Nayantara, Tamannah Bhatia, Bollywood Megastar Chiranjeevi, Vijay Sethupathi, Sudeep, Prakash Raj and others in supporting roles. NIharika Konidela, the niece of Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan, will be seen playing a Kathkali dancer in Sye Raa, which is scheduled to hit the theaters in 2019.
Meanwhile Ram Charan is busy in his next upcoming movie RC12, which is progressing in the direction of Boyapati Srinu and Sai Pallavi is romancing with sharwanand in Padi Padi Leche Manasu, being helmed by Hanu Raghavapudi.
