It is known news that Mega Power Star Ram Charan and young Tiger Jr NTR are in Gujarat and currently busy in the shoot of his upcoming big budget multistarrer RRR, which is being helmed by Baahubali film maker SS Rajamouli. RRR is one of the prestigious project of Telugu Film Industry, which is being made on the lavish budget of Rs 400 Cr. Recently we have reported that the team of RRR flew to Gujarat. “Off to a flying start!Big schedule ahead.#RRR (sic),” posted Jr NTR on social media sharing the same. And now according to the latest update, the makers have postponed the shoot of RRR for three weeks now. Going into details, this has happened as Ram Charan injured his ankle while working out in his gym. The doctors have advised Ram Charan to take bed rest. So Rajamouli has decided to postpone the shoot of his directorial venture. Ram Charan is playing the role of Alluri Seetha Rama Raju.
As a part of the shoot schedule, SS Rajamouli and his team were expected to be shooting at the various locations across Gujarat before moving to an elaborate schedule in Pune and the other parts of Maharashtra. But as Ram Charan has injured his ankle, RRR team has postponed the schedule by a few days.
The team of RRR wrote, “We regret to mention that #Ram Charan confronted a minor ankle injury while working out at the gym, yesterday. The pune schedule has been called off. Back to action in 3 weeks – Team #RRR (sic).”
The makers of RRR have brought Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt on the board and she will be seen sharing the screen space with Ram Charan whereas British actress Daisy Edgar Jones will be seen romancing with Jr NTR. RRR is a period drama set in pre-independence India. It is all about the fictional story of Telugu freedom fighters Komaram Bheem and Alluri Seetha Rama Raju.
