Mega Power Star Ram Charan has won Best hero award for his blockbuster movie Rangasthalam. The movie lovers who have watched Rangasthalam, are aware of that Ram Charan has given career best performance in this village based drama. Upasana Kamineni Konidela, the wife of Ram Charan, who is an active user of social media sites, has shared few pics of Mr C on her Twitter in which Ram Charan is seen lifting Rangasthalam trophy.
Upasana, the Mega Bahu captioned the pic, “Congrats Mr C @radiocityindia #ramcharan #rangasthalam.”
Rangasthalm is directed by Sukumar and bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers. The film has the music by Decvi Sri Prasad. Samantha Akkineni shared the screen space with Ram Charan in this film. Apart from the lead pair, Rangasthalam has other stars like, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Prakash Raj, Adi Pinishetty in key roles. Ram Charan as Chitti Babu, was seen playing partially impaired person in the political thriller rural drama.
Rangasthalam is all about the story of Ram Charan’s Chitti Babu, who swears by his elder brother Kumar Babu (played by Aadhi Pinisetty), an idealistic man who decides to stand up to the cruel Bhupathi ( played by Jagapathi Babu), undisputed president of the village for over three decades.
Ram Charan and Samantha starrer Rangasthalam is also being dubbed in Kannada. After Maya Bazar, Rangasthalam is the second Telugu movie, which is getting ready to entertain Kannada audiences.
After delivering Rangasthalam, Ram Charan was seen in Boyapati Srinu starrer Vinaya Vidheya Rama, which was ended up commercially flop at the box office. Currently the actor is busy in SS Rajamouli’s upcoming directorial venture RRR which also has Jr NTR aka YS Rama Rao in lead roles.
