Akhil Akkineni, the younger son of King Nagarjuna, is struggling to get a foothold into the Telugu film industry. He has acted in three movies – ‘Akhil’, ‘Mr. Majnu’, and ‘Hello’ but all the movies were turned out dud at the box office. Though the young actor Akhil is giving powerful performances in his films but somehow things are not working out in his favour.
Few days ago, Akhil announced his next film with Surender Reddy of ‘Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’ fame. Now the reports are coming that it was mega Power Star Ram Charan who requested Surender Reddy to make a movie with Akhil Akkineni and deliver a hit movie. The sources say that Ram Charan has recommended none other than the lucky mascot Rashmika Mandanna for Akhil Akkineni starrer film.
The reports are coming that the makers are in talks with Rashmika Mandanna for this film which has Akhil in the lead role. If Rashmika says yes for this upcoming untitled project, she will be paid big bucks for the film. Surender Reddy’ directorial venture is a spy thriller drama.
Meanwhile Akhil Akkineni will be seen playing the lead role in Most Eligible Bachelor which has Pooja Hegde as a leading lady.
