Ram Gopal Varma review on YatraYatra, a movie based on late Chief Minister YS Rajasekhar, was released on 8th February 2019 and received positive response by the movie lovers and critics on its opening day. It seems the controversial film maker Ram Gopal Varma aka RGV is very impressed with the work of Mahi V Raghav and the performance of Malayalam Megastar Mammootty. Ram Gopal Varma took to his Twitter to  share his review on Yatra. He tweeted, “Yatra is an awesome film ..A truly great insight into YSR,a truly great leader ..Kudos to @MahiVraghav who made him come alive and kudos to @mammukka for immortalising him forever.”

 On the otherside, when NTR Kathanayakudu starring Nandamuri Balakrishna and Vidya Balan was released, Ram Gopal Varma criticized the performance of Balayya who played the role of his father NTR. Currently Ram Gopal Varma is busy in the promotional activities of his upcoming movie Lakshmi’s NTR, the biopic of NTR, which is gearing up for grand release very soon. RGV is going to release the trailer of Lakshmi’s NTR on 14th February 2019 on the occasion of Valentine day. Ram Gopal Varma himself has confirmed this news. He tweeted, “Trailer of #LakshmisNTR releasing 14 th feb 9.27 AM and Theatrical Trailer will release on Feb 22nd with Mahanayakudu ..So whoever comes to the theatre to see Mahanayakudu can see the trailer of #LakshmisNTR.”

 Yesterday  Ram Gopal Varma has also shared a pic of Lakshmi Parvathi with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on his Twitter and captioned it, “Discussing #LakshmisNTR.”

Yatra  is all about the story of walkathon of late politician and CM YS Rajashekhara Reddy, which eventually made him the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh. He walked across undivided Andhra Pradesh in 2003. It is directed by Mahi V Raghav of Anando Brahma fame and produced by Vijay Chilla and Shashi Devireddy. According to the latest buzz,   Yatra makers have finalized the digital deal for Rs 8 Cr with Amazon Prime.
