On the work front, Ram Pothineni was last seen playing the lead role in action drama Red, which was a remake of Thadam. In this film, Ram Pothineni played the dual role and it also had Nivetha Pethuraj, Malvika Sharma and Amritha Aiyer as the leading ladies. The action entertainer earned over Rs 20 crore in the opening weekend.
Ram Pothineni carved a niche for himself by delivering performances which were not just a breath of fresh air but the kind of roles he took up always managed to prove his performance skills. Right from his debut film Devadasu to last release Red, the actor has come a long way. He is also popular for his amazing dancing skills in the Telugu film industry.
