Ramya Krishna has been raising awareness regarding the Covid-19 pandemic ever since India went into lockdown in March 2020. In several social media posts, Ramya Krishna along with other celebrities stressed on the importance of wearing a face mask and following social distancing rules. 50 Years old Ramya Krishna is currently working with the young and happening actor Vijay Deverakonda starrer upcoming romantic and sport based drama Liger, in which she is essaying the role of actor’mother . Liger is a bilingual drama, which is being made in Hindi and Telugu. It is helmed by Puri Jagannadh and the film has Ananya Pandey in the female lead role.
Ramya Krishna will also be seen playing the crucial role in an upcoming Political thriller drama Republic in which Sai Dharam Tej and Aishwarya Rajesh are playing the lead roles. The movie Republic is being directed by Deva Katta and produced by JB Entertainments.
