Rana Daggubati’s Haathi Mere Saathi has been titled Kaadan in Tamil and Aranya in Telugu. The film has Vishnu Vishaal playing a pivotal role in Tamil and Telugu, while the Hindi version of the film will see Pulkrit Samrat play the role.
Haathi Mere Sathi is directed by Prabhu Solomon, and it will be released in Hindi,Tamil and Telugu. Zoya Hussain and Kalki Koechlin will be seen in all three versions of the film.
Rana Daggubati starrer Haathi Mere Saathi is a tribute to the yesteryear classic of the same name starring Rajesh Khanna. However the plot is completely different. According to the buzz in the industry, the film is about wildlife conservation, centred mainly around elephants. Few months ago, the makers release the first look poster of Rana Daggubati and also revealed that the actor will be playing the role of a mahout in this movie and will be seen as 50 years old man.
Baahubali star Rana Daggubati had prepared for his role reportedly by spending a fortnight with about 15-18 elephants to get used to being with them onscreen. The film is shot in Thailand and the other parts of India.
On the other side, everyone is aware of that Samantha Akkineni will be seen playing 70 years old lady in Nandini Reddy’s upcoming directorial venture, the remake of Korean movie Miss Granny. According to the latest buzz, the remake has been titled as O Baby Yentha Sakkagunnave. Apart from Samantha, the film also has Naga Shaurya.
