This is the first time, Baahubali and The Ghazi Attack fame Rana Daggubati is currently working with Sai Pallavi for an upcoming film Virata Parvam, which is one of the much hyped movie of Telugu film Industry. New according to the latest report that the movie Virata Parvam will be released on a popular OTT platform. Rana and Sai Pallavi starrer was supposed to hit theatres in the month of April this year. But the second wave of coronavirus has put everything on a standstill, including Telugu film Industry.
The reports are coming that ‘Virata Parvam’ have been bagged by a popular OTT platform for a whopping price of Rs 30 crore. If this news is true, ‘Virata Parvam’ is among the first Telugu movies to have sold its streaming rights at this fancy price.
The reports are coming that very soon Virata Parvam will be streaming on OTT platform. Helmed by Venu Udugula, and backed by D Suresh Babu and Sudhakar Cherukuri. The film also has Naveen Chandra, National award winning actress Priyamani, Easwari Rao, Nandita Das, Zarina Wahab, and Sai Chand play supporting roles.
The movie Virata Parvam is set against the backdrop of the Naxalite movement which took place in the 1990s in Telugu speaking states.
