The movie lovers will have to wait for some more time for the eagerly-anticipated mythological movie Hiranyakasipha, directed Gunasekhar. Rana Daggubati is on the board to play the titular role. The director Gunasekhar has been working on the project for nearly 3 years now. The sources say that the upcoming film Hiranyakasipha starring Rana Daggubati may be going on floors only in October later this year.

The team of Gunasekhar is still working on the pre-production, and the regular shoot is expected to start from October this year. The sources close t Gunasekhar revealed that there is a lot of animation and VFX work involved in this film Hiranyakasipha and pre-production work is expected to be completed around August. The Giant sets are being constructed at Ramanaidu Studios in Vizag and a major portion of the shoot will take place in this studio.

The sources added that the director Gunasekhar is taking so much time for the pre-production and taking care not to exceed the budget of Hiranyakasipha, which is going to be bankrolled by Suresh Babu. The makers are planning to make Hiranyakasipha on a budget of Rs 150 crores. Rana Daggubati starrer will hit the screens sometime next year. Rana Daggubati’s career graph in the film industry has been moving up steadily and rapidly over the past few years. He will be next seen in Aranya and Virata Parvam.
